“The trip was great ! For me, the best part of the trip was the cooking class and the private walks in Florence and Rome. Silvio and family were really friendly. We had a wonderful birthday lunch for Nicole. We baked orange and almond cake with chocolate coating instead of carrot and almond cake. It was nice cake for birthday. We totally enjoyed the private walks. The guides provided good level of details for the sites and art work that we saw.
We tried some of the recommended restaurants. We loved Golden View restaurant in Florence so much that we went back for a second dinner. Ice-creams were delicious but our favourite is the Giolitti in Rome. We found the Rome train station really confusing. We had trouble figuring out the platform for ride to Florence. Personally, I think sub-way in Rome was not such a good idea as it was really crowded. Taxi turned out to be a better option.
We like the hotel in Florence. It was really convenient and comfortable. While the hotel staff weren’t as helpful when compared to the hotel in Rome, we love the location, breakfast spread and the tastefully design hotel. Thanks for planning the trip”

“Just wanted to drop you a note to say we loved all the accommodations that you had planned for us. The bed and breakfast & hotel apartments that you have selected were very well organised and run.
We thoroughly enjoyed the farm stay, it was far better than we expected. The sky was full of stars on our first night out in the farm, pity we didn’t have a camera capable of taking a shot of the star-filled night. The very friendly farm animals and host also helped make the stay very memorable.
We loved each and everyone one of the 4 different accommodations that we stayed in. The decor, architecture and services were all special in their way of healing our tired feet, body and mind. Choosing accommodations (and praying that it turns out as it should in the photos & online reviews), has got to be one of my pet peeves. And i am delighted that i have found a capable person to “outsource” the job to.
The food places/attractions/routes for our road trip were all very well planned and detailed. If only the GPS on the car worked as efficient and accurate as you. But that’s the whole idea of a road trip, to enjoy getting lost.

“Bon journo!! Thanks Pam for the wonderful time in Italy! We enjoyed very much the itinerary n changes in scenery as we moved from cityscape in Rome, to the pretty coastal villages in Capri n Sorrento. Ancient Naples was awesome too as was the Tuscan countryside!!
Oh! And the food!! Such abundance! From rustic to home-cooked to Michelin-starred, the choices were all very good! The skip the queue arrangements were much appreciated also! There are too many highlights to list them all, but it’s safe to say I wouldn’t have wanted to see Italy any other way! Thanks chick!!! Hugs!”

“We have safely returned to Singapore this morning.
I just want to say a big Thank You for your superb & detailed organizing. The trip was wonderful and everyone in the family enjoyed every moment in Hokkaido. The places that we visited were breathtaking with many “oohs” and “aahs”. The accomodations were equally well organized. The guide, Takashi-san is also great and very helpful.
I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!”

    EUROPE, autumn 2011

“Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful and memorable 18-day trip to Europe in Nov 2011. We covered Budapest, Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Vienna, Paris & London.
Our mode of holidaying is always on a free & easy basis, as we do not want to be tied down by a big-group conducted tour. But I like to organise my accommodation, transfers ahead as I do not like surprises. This entails a lot of time and effort spent in research. I was thus glad to find that RevePlanner could take over this task from me.
Pam from RevePlanner did a really good job, much better than what I would have done. Through email and phone communications, she found out what my family looks for in our travel, and the kind of accommodation we prefer. She proposed a good match of hotels and apartment. I was wary as I am particular about my accommodation, and when she emailed me the list, I did not ask for any changes as she did her homework well. All our accommodations were centrally located, and the apartments were within walking distance of supermarkets and train stations.
As my family are pretty much into eating well, she had mapped out her dining suggestions into our daily itinerary, at the same time, incorporating the restaurants of our our choice. This took the chore out of deciding where to eat at meal times.
The total itinerary was well researched and planned. I will definitely be using RevePlanner for our future holidays, and had been recommending my friends to do likewise too”

During the trip itself, I can tell that the itinerary is well planned, my holiday is maximized although the pace wasn’t too rush. I strongly recommend Reveplanner for your holiday planner — very professional, hassle-free & satisfaction guaranteed ;)”

“We had a wonderful trip! Thanks for making the arrangements.
Yes, we tried out most of the stalls you recommended. The Chendol stall and goreng pisang one along the jetty were especially memorable. I particularly liked the Tikkus market. We went there in the morning and evening and made some interesting finds. There’s a stall that sells amazing wanton mee – topped with egg-y horfun sauce! You get the taste of wanton mee with the added silky texture of horfun gravy. Also found a stall selling fresh, hot putu pireng.”

    TAIWAN, summer 2011

“It was a good trip! We loved all the accommodations.
Our first meal at 101 wasn’t too good though. I think we were all still trying to get use to the Taiwanese taste. Subsequent meals, especially food at the night markets, Fu Ge beef noodles at Ruifang, Formosa braised minced beef rice at Wufenpu area, Zheng’s pig trotter rice near Ximending. Those were really good recommendations!!!
The trip to Taroko Gorge was really beautiful, probably just marred by the rainy weather. But beautiful, nonetheless. It was quite a taxing hike… The next day to the East Coast was just perfect coz we were chauffeured around and there was less walking. Again, the weather threatened to derail our plans. Luckily for us, the typhoon didn’t come into the island…just passed by.
When we went back to Taipei, it was pretty much a full-on shopping expedition. My sister and I absolutely loved it!! I can’t really say where we spent most…Wufenpu, Shilin or Ximending. We even managed to squeeze in 3hours to karaoke. HAHA.”
